From production to payment, this is a superlative firm with which to work. Our City produced a variety of plaques (50+ and various sizes) for a complex donation system for our bicentennial effort ($4.5M Town Park event facility). Franklin was patient, attentive, and punctual. I will forevermore avoid participating in a fundraiser, but I would not hesitate to use Franklin again. Superior quality and Stellar service.
