Jon Stover & Associates (JS&A) is an economic development consulting firm located in Washington, DC. JS&A has completed hundreds of projects throughout the country pertaining to fiscal and economic impact analysis, economic revitalization strategies, nonprofit operations and programming, retail market analysis and enhancement strategies, strategic planning, and more.
