Working with Norma is such a treat and she is adventurous. I introduced her to collard greens while we were working in Summerville, SC and she loved them! Seriously, a true professional in our field!

I just wanted you to know what a great job Norma did on our Resource Team assessment of the Plaza District in Oklahoma City this week. She has a great rapport with our Hispanic businesses, not just because she speaks Spanish, but also because she is so personable. Our final presentation to the District was great. Also, I wanted to add that I believe that the quality of resources available to us from NTMSC has improved a great deal over the last few years. In this time of decreased funding and staff, it is imperative that we keep the quality high, both in our coordinating programs and at the national level. You are doing a great job. Thanks.Norma Ramirez de Miess
