Teresa Lynch

Teresa is one of the pioneers of the Main Street movement – she helped create Main Street Arkansas in 1984 and is continuing to innovate today. Teresa has developed a unique partnership between the NTMSC and the United States Army. The Army-Community Heritage Partnerships Program has successfully worked with 11 communities that have Army installations located near a declining downtown. The goal is to improve the historic central business district and the corridors leading to the Army installation. The result is an enhanced quality of life for Army families and expanded economic opportunities within the downtown district. Her expertise can benefit any town with a nearby military base, major corporation, or university.
